How It Works

Creating a custom pet pillow starts with one good photo. Choose your style, upload the image, and review the order details carefully before checkout.

1. Choose your pillow

Select the custom-shaped dog pillow, custom-shaped cat pillow, classic square photo pillow, or general Custom Photo Pillow. Compare the available sizes and choose the format that best fits your picture and space.

2. Upload a clear photo

• Use a sharp image with your pet in focus.
• Natural daylight usually gives the clearest detail.
• Keep the face, ears, whiskers, hair, and other important features inside the frame.
• Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, very dark images, and motion blur.
• For multiple pets, leave enough space around every subject.

We use the photo submitted with your order, so choose an image you already love.

3. Review and place your order

Check the selected product, size, uploaded image, personalization, shipping address, and contact details. Then add the item to your cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Production and shipping

Personalized products require production before shipment. Timing varies by item, destination, and order volume. Review the delivery estimate shown at checkout. When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used for the order.

Photo checklist

• The image is high resolution and not blurry.
• Your pet is the main subject.
• No important feature is cut off.
• The background does not hide the outline of the pet.
• You have permission to use the image.
