Our main custom-shaped dog and cat pillows come in 10", 14", 18", 24", and 28" sizes. Other products use different dimensions.

How long will my order take?
Personalized products require production. Review the estimated delivery shown at checkout; tracking is emailed when the order ships.

Can personalized items be returned?
Defective items and packages confirmed lost in transit are handled under the Refund Policy. Non-defective personalized items are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.
